Seth Thomas Clock Co., Plymouth Hollow, Conn., "Regulator No. 1 Extra" wall clock 8 day time and strike weight driven movement in rosewood veneered mahogany case with reverse painted tablet and painted metal dial, c1875
CONDITION:
the case retains its original finish nicely rubbed in excellent condition with outstanding matching veneers. There is some minor touch-up to original dial and repaint in second's bit. The label is in very good condition. The lower glass tablet is repainted on old glass. We sold a similar example in similar condition in our auction of May 15th, 2011, lot #756 for $3500. Ht 44"
